What's wrong with a pizza for breakfast? You can put typical breakfast stuff and slices of vegetables on a pita bread and have more fun :-)
First, spread pizza sauce on the pita and put slices of vegetables and bacon or sauages. Pile grated cheese like a well on the pita. Crack an egg in the middle. Salt and pepper. Bake in a preheated oven at 200C(400F) for 10-15minutes until the cheese bubbles and the egg is cooked to your liking. Now, you have a breakfast pizza!
