It is convenient because you can spread this and some other vegetables
on a piece of bread and your sandwich is already done! You can serve

Here is a recipe of moussy chocolate cake that you die for!!!
I made this once at the beginning of the Easter weekend.
But I took off the mould too soon and the cake turned into
chocolate magma... :-( It tasted great, but it was not pretty.
So I made it again. Please do not touch the mould
until the cake is completely cooled not to repeat my mistake...

These are not Easter chocolate! These are Easter chocolate cakes!
I bought egg-shaped cake moulds last year (and made the boiled egg
cake - the 2nd picture). So, I decided to use them again.
This time, I baked cocoa flavored French cake. French cake is dense and
easy to unmould. It is basically one-bowl cake and easy to make, too.
I decorated the cooled eggs with melted white chocolate. Not too colorful,
but they taste as good as the chocolate eggs that Easter bunny hid in

You can make jello with maple syrup! Maple syrup does not seem to harden
effectively with gelatin. Pectin is commonly used to thicken maple syrup
to make maple jelly. But I found a way to use gelatin with maple syrup.
